Kangni (Connie) Dai
Connie has been in the speciality coffee scene since 2015 when got her first barista job while doing her university degree in Auckland, NZ. She opened Space Specialty Coffee House in April 2018 and Kafei Studio by Space in May 2023 in Glasgow, Scotland.
Connie loves making and drinking coffees, and especially fascinated by latte art. Throughout self-teaching, trying and error, endless hours of practicing, competing at Throwdowns, and UK Latte Art Championships, she came 8th in 2022 when she first entered the Championship and took home the silver medal at 2023 UK Latte Art Championships!
Through her years of mastering latte art skills, Connie has accumulated rich experience in improving latte art, implementing effective practicing methods, and making consistently good arts every time.
In her workshop, you will be getting all her secrets, first-hand knowledge, and in person tailored advice on how you can improve your latte art fast and consistently.
