This class is perfect for coffee lovers who enjoy brewing and drinking hand-brewed filter coffees and want to perfect their skills and recipes for making a better cup of filter coffee at home.
Highlights of the course:
*Very small class size with maximum of 3 students per class. Every student will get their own hand-brewing equipment which allows plenty of brewing time. This class include a bag of 250g single-origin coffee beans from our retail shelf for each student to use and to take home.
In this 90min course, you will learn how to conduct a professional coffee cupping session, try at least two different hand-brewing methods and learn how you can train your palette to better understand various subtle coffee flavours in a cup of hand-brewed coffee. Most of the class will be practice-based, allowing plenty of practice time to perfect your skills.
